Collaboration and Communication

In architecture, I worked closely with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders, honing my skills in clear communication and teamwork. Active listening was crucial for understanding different perspectives and constraints, such as those from engineers, and integrating their feedback into the design.

Visual communication played a significant role. I often turned complex ideas into clear diagrams to make concepts more simple and easier to understand.

For example, in Vivid Lighting installation submission I worked on, we aimed to convey a strong message about rising sea levels. Integrating user interactions into the installation not only reinforced the message but also made user engagement a crucial part of the experience.

In UX Design, I leverage these same skills to ensure project success. My architectural background helps me translate intricate ideas into user-friendly designs while collaborating effectively with consultants, clients and team members. Just as I aligned perspectives and addressed limitations in architecture, I use active listening, visual communication, and interactive elements in UX to understand user needs and present clear, engaging solutions. This approach helps create seamless and impactful user experiences
